Product description

Wine

Semi-sweet wine made from 100% grape of the autochthonous Albarin Blanco variety.
Night harvest to improve the quality of the grape and allow longer macerations.
A fermentative stop is made to obtain a wine with 9 degrees of alcohol
but with a high percentage of sugar resulting in a fruity, intense and balanced wine.

 

TASTING: Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Smell
elegant fresh fruit, highlighting the tropical aromas of the variety that
they add complexity to the whole. Fresh, fruity, with a remarkable body and with
a tasty and enveloping step in the mouth due to its sugar content.

 

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 9%.

 

PAIRING: fish, pasta, seafood and rice not very seasoned.
Ideal for snacks. Serve at 6º-8ºC.
