Wine
Made 100% from the Prieto Picudo grape. Mechanical harvest
nocturnal. Film maceration for 12 h. I uncovered, pressed and
static racking of the must for 48 h. Fermentation in tanks of
stainless steel at a temperature of 13ºC.
TASTING: Strawberry pink color, clean and bright. Intense and fresh
On the nose, with strawberry aromas and light citrus memories. Powerful and tasty in
mouth, with a great freshness that gives it the residual carbon of the
fermentation.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.50%
PAIRING: It is perfect to combine with salads, rice,
fish, and cold snacks. Serve between 8º-10ºC.
